ORDERING:
If you would like to order a bear please e-mail me first to confirm availability before sending payment. In your e-mail please include your name, mailing address & the name of the bear you wish to order. Customers will be contacted for payment arrangements & other details. PAYMENT:
Australian customers can pay with Aust.Post Money Order, personal cheque or by Direct Debit.
Cheques must be made payable to:

International customers can pay through Pay-pal. Pay-pal details also given via e-mail.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Australian orders will be sent via Aust. Post- registered mail.
International orders must have insurance.
All orders will be quoted shipping costs based on location & size of bear.

RETURN POLICY:
All adoptions are final. I hope that collectors can appreciate that once a bear is placed in a new home it would not be fair to present it to another collector as new. Therefore, unless a purchaser contacts me immediatley upon receipt of a bear with a problem, we are not able to accept returns. If there is a probelm, & I am contacted immediatley, then I am happy to replace your bear.  No refunds are given.
